This is the one time where you can totally judge a book by its cover…

Okay. I’ve always had a thing for houses and interior design and aesthetics and really, just HGTV. And because I’ve logged many an hour (try thousands) on House Hunters (and International too!), I‘m just the right person to let you know that — curb appeal is REAL. But you probably already knew that too.

So anywho. This is the one time where you can totally judge a book by its cover because the more attractive the exterior… the higher the asking price. In fact, an exterior renovation like a new roof or garage can even add up to $8000 in equity value or a 95% ROI on average.

Enough chit-chat. Let’s jump right in and check out the Top 3 architectural home styles in the good ol’ USA RIGHT NOW that offer the best “bang for your buck” (and that’s pure resale value, baby).

I’ll also throw in a couple of hot listings currently on the market in various cities around the country — so you’re getting house hunting tips and research you don’t even have to do?!?! What a steal!
